We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Reach out to potential clients and promote the agency’s digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing,



advertising, or a related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close deals.
Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website development, and content marketing is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
