ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing digital marketing agency focused on websites, automation, and lead generation for businesses.

We are looking for a hungry Sales Executive who can bring clients and close deals.

This is a performance-oriented role with fixed pay + commission. And salary will be hiked if the performance will good I need the first month if he is not able to deliver the minimum clients also then we can't pay him the salary

RESPONSIBILITIES
Find potential business clients (Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp, calls)
Pitch digital marketing & website services to business owners
Explain our packages clearly
Follow up with leads regularly
Close deals and coordinate handover to the team
Maintain basic lead records (Google Sheet / CRM)

Confident communication skills
Comfortable talking to business owners




Basic understanding of sales (training will be given)
Ability to handle rejection and follow up
Results-driven mindset

No coding, designing, or ad running required ⸻

SALARY & BENEFITS
Fixed salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000
Commission: 5%–10% per closed deal
Performance bonuses and salary will be hiked from next month
Growth chance into senior sales
