Manage the complete sales closure journey from qualified customer interaction to booking.
Handle inbound and qualified leads and understand customer requirements.
Conduct effective project presentations and site/project discussions.
Build solid relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Understand customer buying intent and identify opportunities for conversion.
Handle negotiations, objections, and commercial discussions effectively.
Drive customers towards successful booking and sales closure.
Handle HNI/UHNI and high-value customers professionally.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records.
Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and closure objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
Maintain solid post-sales engagement until the closure process is completed.
