Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Handle day-to-day sales operations and team performance.
Set individual and team sales targets and track achievements.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and membership sales.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training/coaching.
Develop strategies to increase gym memberships and revenue.
Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance records.
Handle customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and business growth.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/team handling.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and capable of handling sales pressure.
Valuable knowledge of lead generation and conversion.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Experience in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or related industry will be an advantage.
