We are hiring Relationship Officers for Secured Finance across multiple locations in Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

Bihar: Patna, Bhagalpur, Nawada, Muzaffarpur, Aurangabad, Gaya, Begusarai, Arrah

Jharkhand: Dhanbad, Giridih

Odisha: Berhampur, Keonjhar, Rayagada, Jeypore, Anugul, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Khordha, Jajpur, Bargarh

West Bengal: Kolkata/Howrah, Durgapur, Asansol

Key Responsibilities
Source Secured Finance business through open market, referrals, connectors and channel partners.
Generate leads for LAP, Mortgage and other secured lending products.
Conduct customer visits and understand customer requirements.
Collect required documents and ensure timely login of cases.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.




Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Develop robust relationships with customers and local business associates.
Build and maintain a strong local market network.

Candidate Profile
Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, BFSI or Secured Lending.
Positive local market knowledge and customer network.
Solid communication and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.

Candidates from BFSI NBFC Banking LAP Mortgage Secured Lending backgrounds are preferred.
