We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for a clothing store in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a presentable personality, and an interest in fashion and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their clothing preferences.
Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, prices, and offers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable clothing and accessories.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store looks presentable.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage billing and coordinate with the cashier when required.
Monitor stock availability and inform the store manager about low inventory.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, and customer handling.
Positive interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
