We are looking for confident and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our Australia Travel team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in travel sales without the pressure of cold calling.
The role involves handling inbound calls from hot leads and assisting customers with their Australia–India flight bookings. You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable flight options, explain fares and booking details, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while providing a smooth customer experience.
This is an office-based role with early morning shifts starting between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with a 9-hour working schedule. Candidates will receive paid training and Gaura Travel certification to help them understand the travel industry and booking process.
