We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, build client relationships, and expand business opportunities in the clothing and textile industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Manage sales operations, customer enquiries, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop strategies to promote clothing and textile products and increase market share.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with production, inventory,



and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in the clothing, garment, or textile industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market development, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop business prospects and achieve sales targets.
Robust analytical, planning, and team management abilities.
