Key Responsibility:
Develop and deliver training programs on fashion, apparel, product knowledge, styling, fabrics, fits, trends, and collections
.
Train teams on fashion terminology, product features, USPs, customer profiling, and styling recommendations.
Develop training modules, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and training activities.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training across retail stores.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and MIS.
Travel to stores across locations as required for training and capability-building initiatives.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, fabrics, fits, and fashion trends
.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Solid training and facilitation skills.
Positive understanding of fashion retail and store operations
.
