We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager for our Branded saloon to oversee daily operations and ensure a welcoming, skilled experience for every client. We are seeking someone who can lead the team, manage appointments, and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations, appointments, walk-ins, and staff schedules.
Supervise the salon team and ensure services are completed on time.
Welcome clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the appropriate stylist or makeup artist.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Manage billing, payment collection, and daily sales reports.
Track product inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Promote relevant services and packages, encourage repeat bookings, and support sales goals.
Coordinate with management on staff performance, expenses,



and operational needs.

Requirements
At least 2 years of salon management or relevant beauty industry supervisory experience.
Robust leadership, customer service, and organisational skills.
Positive communication skills in Telugu and English.
Comfortable using appointment systems, billing software, WhatsApp, and basic Excel.
Ability to manage a busy salon and handle customer concerns calmly.
Willingness to work weekends, with a scheduled weekly day off.
