Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing overall academy operations, coordinating internal teams, driving student admissions, and executing marketing strategies for continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day academy operations and team workflows.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand reach and student admissions.
Oversee lead management, student inquiries, and enrollment procedures.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize operational processes.
Qualifications & Skills: Education: Any Degree (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1–2 Years preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and management skills.
Location: Manjeri.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
