Manage daily salon operations and appointments.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Monitor service quality and staff performance.
Manage salon products, inventory,
and stock replenishment.
Promote salon services, packages, and memberships.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and daily sales.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards.
Prepare staff schedules and operational reports.
