General Responsibilities (All Machines)
Report to shift on time; attend pre-shift briefing and take over machine status from previous shift operator.
Perform machine start-up checks (power, air pressure, glue/adhesive levels, alignment, safety guards) before production.
Set up the machine as per job card / work order (board size, box dimensions, paper/material specification).
Run first-piece inspection and get supervisor/QC approval before full production run.
Monitor running production continuously; identify and correct defects (misalignment, wrinkles, poor adhesion, warping, dimension errors).




Maintain production and rejection records / hourly output log.
Perform basic preventive maintenance cleaning, lubrication, glue pot/roller cleaning as per checklist.
Report breakdowns, abnormal noise/vibration, or material shortages to supervisor/maintenance immediately.
Maintain 5S / housekeeping at the workstation and surrounding area.
Follow all safety procedures, wear prescribed PPE, and use machine guards/interlocks at all times.
Coordinate with helpers, feeders, and QC for smooth material flow and inspection.
