We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of accounting operations.
The candidate should have complete knowledge of Tally GST billing ledger bank reconciliation Excel and monthly closing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day to day accounting activities
Maintain sales purchase and billing entries
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
Prepare bank reconciliation
Handle GST related accounting work
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly closing reports
Prepare Excel reports and MIS
Check invoices and accounting documents
Coordinate with vendors customers banks and internal teams
Assist in audit and taxation related work
Candidate Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience in accounting
Robust knowledge of Tally and GST
Good knowledge of billing ledger and bank reconciliation
Good command of MS Excel
Experience in monthly closing
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work independently
Valuable communication and coordination skills
