Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
Support data migration, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
Hands-on experience in OTC processes, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Output Management.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Knowledge of integrations with MM and FI modules.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and SAP Fiori.
SAP SD Certification is a plus.
