Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident speaking with clients from different countries and cultures.
Robust sales, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle international calls professionally.
Customer-focused attitude with positive problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel/WhatsApp.
Ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
Prior experience in international BPO, immigration, visa consultancy, recruitment, travel, relocation, or international sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong interest in international sales may also apply.
