SITCON INFRA PVT LTD is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Billing & Planning Engineer to independently manage client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity reconciliation, project planning, and commercial documentation for construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and submit client RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
Verify BOQ quantities, site measurements, drawings, and executed quantities before billing.
Prepare Measurement Books (MB), quantity reconciliation statements, and bill abstracts.
Handle rate analysis, extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims.
Coordinate with site engineers for measurements, work progress, and supporting documents.
Prepare project-wise billing forecasts, work schedules, and monthly progress reports.
Track submitted bills, certified amounts, deductions, retention, and pending payments.
Identify unbilled executed work and ensure timely billing of eligible quantities.




Maintain records of BOQs, drawings, work orders, approvals, and billing documents.
Monitor project costs and report billing shortfalls to management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–7 years of relevant experience in construction billing and planning.
Robust practical knowledge of RA Bills, BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
Good command of MS Excel and construction billing documentation.
Ability to independently prepare accurate bills with minimum supervision.
Strong ownership, time management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Experience in school, institutional, commercial, or industrial construction projects preferred.
