Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to manage leads, follow up with potential customers, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads received through CRM, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals.
Contact potential customers promptly and conduct regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Explain company services, packages, pricing, and offers to customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with CRM,Operations, Finance, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and lost opportunities.
Submit daily sales reports and update the Sales Head on performance.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.




Follow company policies, sales procedures, and communication standards.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under deadlines.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience
Any degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or booking management is an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
