Implementation & Configuration
Configure and customize SAP APO modules (SNP and DP).
Integrate APO with SAP ECC and other non-ERP systems through IDocs.
Develop and maintain planning models, heuristics, and deployment.
Handle change requests.
Have a positive understanding of interfaces connected to SAP systems.
Possess positive communication skills.
Business Process Support:
Work closely with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to gather requirements.
Translate business needs into APO solutions.
Provide end-to-end support for demand planning, supply network planning, and production scheduling.
