The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting practices and principles, particularly within the real estate construction sector. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filing.
Process and manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and ensure timely payments.
Administer Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions.
Prepare and submit challans for various tax obligations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Farvision ERP and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations.
Excellent bank reconciliation skills.
Experience in the real estate construction industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
