SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – INSIDE SALES Experience: 4+ Years

Role: 100% Business Development & Inside Sales

Reporting To: Director – HR & Business Partnering

About The Role We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior BDE who can independently build and manage an international B2B sales pipeline.

The role will focus on identifying prospects, connecting with decision-makers, generating meetings and converting opportunities into business.

We believe in numbers and outcomes — not theories. Key Responsibilities
Research target companies, industries and international markets.
Identify decision-makers and build prospect lists.
Conduct outbound calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
Generate qualified leads and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and position relevant Quadrantech services.
Manage the complete funnel: Research → Outreach → Meeting → Opportunity → Conversion.
Follow up consistently and move opportunities towards closure.




Maintain daily/weekly sales MIS and activity reports.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet defined activity, meeting, pipeline and business targets.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Business Development.
Experience in IT Services or BPO preferred.
International sales experience, preferably US / Canada / Europe / Middle East.
Solid cold calling, prospecting and lead-generation skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and CXOs.
Robust target and numbers orientation.
Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM/MIS and MS Excel.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant qualification preferred.
