Change requests creation, review and implementation
Environments health checks and validations
Application and DB alerts setup and monitoring
DB refresh and maintenance
Identify the automation for repetitive activities and proposal for performance improvements. Automate daily/weekly/monthly application maintenance activities using jobs/schedules
Monitoring service availability , batch jobs, report generations and ensure that the job executions are completed within SLA.
