We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle/service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status.
Prepare service estimates and explain costs to customers.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer records and service-related documentation.
Focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
Automobile dealership/workshop experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
