Responsibilities
To hit customer SCH 100%
Prepare monthly/weekly/daily production plan
Material Management on time.
Work order comply with daily BPR demand.
MTS/MTO compliance
Quality Management System (QMS) activities plant
Monthly line wise KPI monitoring with CCR, Sale, Interplant, and supplier delivery details.
Management Review Meeting (MRM) presentation & tracking of implementation & actions.
Parameters to measure if the employee is a performer or non performer 100%
On time delivery as per BPR without fails.
