Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily vermicompost plant operations, including bed preparation, filling, maintenance, and harvesting.
Must have practical knowledge and experience in vermicompost bed making and management.
Operate and supervise fertiliser manufacturing machinery, including screening, crushing, mixing, and sieving equipment.
Compulsory knowledge and hands-on experience in tractor operation for material handling and plant activities.
Manage raw materials, labour, and daily production activities.
Monitor product quality, production targets, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.
Maintain daily records of production, material consumption, and labour attendance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Practical knowledge of vermicompost bed preparation and maintenance.
Knowledge of fertiliser manufacturing machines and their operation.
Tractor operation skills are mandatory.
Ability to supervise workers and independently manage daily plant operations.
Candidates with relevant experience in vermicomposting, agriculture, or fertiliser manufacturing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
