ZAD – Zubair Architectural Design is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team in Thalassery, Kerala.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are followed.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and office staff.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update site photographs.
Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials at the site.
Report site issues and progress updates to the management.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience in construction site supervision is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
