Role & responsibilities
Research and develop innovative Science, STEM and Astronomy education programs.
Design science experiments, activities, models, kits and educational products.
Develop and improve Mobile Science Labs, Planetariums, Science Parks and interactive learning solutions.
Research and implement new technologies for science education and outreach.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts and conduct testing.
Design engaging and age-appropriate science learning experiences for students.
Conduct R&D; for existing products and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Research emerging technologies such as AI, Robotics, AR/VR and IoT for educational applications.
Prepare concept notes, technical documents, program designs and R&D; reports.
Coordinate with science educators, engineers, designers and project teams for implementation.
Visit project locations to understand requirements, test solutions and collect feedback.
Stay updated on current trends and innovations in Science & STEM education.





Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc./M.Sc. or Engineering graduate with a background in Physics, Mathematics, Astronomy, Electronics, Science Education or related fields.
2+ years of experience in R&D;, STEM Education, Science Outreach, Product Development or Innovation preferred.
Solid interest in Science, Technology, Innovation and Education.
Hands-on experience with science experiments, models, kits, robotics, electronics or educational products is an advantage.
Creative and research-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to convert scientific concepts into interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Positive communication, presentation and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel for project visits, testing and implementation.
Candidates with a hands-on, innovative and experimental mindset are preferred.
