Key Responsibilities
Greet customers politely and assist them with their orders.
Serve food and beverages to customers accurately and promptly.
Provide table service to dining customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, tables, and service counter.
Explicit used plates, glasses, and other items from tables and keep the dining area organized.
Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and politely.
Ensure proper placement of menus, tissues, and other service items.
Follow company policies, food safety standards, and personal grooming requirements.
Support daily opening and closing activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly attitude and willingness to serve customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced café workplace.
Must maintain discipline, punctuality, and personal hygiene.

Salary: Based on experience and company policy.
Food and accommodation: Provided by the company.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Working Hours: 12 hours per day.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
