Key Skills Required
Sales Skills: Customer handling, negotiation and plot sales conversion.
Team Leadership: Lead, guide and motivate the marketing team.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate current business leads.
Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute field marketing activities.
Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Reporting & Coordination: Monitor team performance and submit daily work reports to management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the sales and marketing team.
Develop strategies to increase sales and generate leads.
Monitor daily marketing activities and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate customer site visits and booking activities.
Track sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Qualification & Experience
Any degree preferred.
Experience in real estate sales and marketing preferred.
Leadership and team management experience is an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, plus performance incentives. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
