We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning and execution of residential, institutional and heritage-sensitive projects. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, architectural design skills and experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from concept design through site execution.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, design proposals and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors.
Ensure designs comply with building regulations and National Building Code standards.
Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to approved architectural designs.
Manage project timelines, design documentation and technical coordination.
Guide junior architects and review architectural drawings.
Coordinate with clients,



stakeholders and government authorities.
Support statutory approvals and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Valid Council of Architecture (CoA) registration.
Minimum 7 years of architectural design and project execution experience.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and visualization software.
Experience in residential, institutional or heritage-sensitive projects preferred.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, building codes and materials.
Solid design, leadership, coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
