Required experience
Typically 5 or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience with HAM Pro and SAM.
Working knowledge of hardware purchasing, receiving, inventory, and lifecycle management.
Experience configuring software models, entitlements, reconciliation, and reclamation.
Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills, including Glide APIs.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
Familiarity with CMDB structures, CI relationships, and asset synchronization.
Experience building Service Catalog items and fulfillment workflows.
Preferred
Active ServiceNow CSA, CIS-HAM, or CIS-SAM certifications.
