Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for promotional content.
Capture photos and videos of vehicles, events, deliveries, and showroom activities.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular social media performance reports.
Stay updated with current social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
Support digital marketing activities and maintain a robust brand image online.
