Roles and Responsibilities
Execute DVP&R; and product validation activities for Front Load Washing Machines.
Conduct performance testing including wash performance, spin efficiency, water and energy consumption.
Perform reliability, endurance, environmental, transportation, and safety testing.
Evaluate product NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) and unbalance performance.
Analyze test failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support benchmarking studies of competitor products and identify improvement prospects.
Prepare test reports, validation summaries, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams for issue resolution.
Support BIS, IEC, BEE, and internal compliance requirements.
Ensure timely completion of testing activities and validation milestones product performance.
