Activation
Ensure newly onboarded doctors complete their profiles.
Help doctors understand Vaidyiq's consultation, prescription and medicine-ordering workflows.
Encourage doctors to conduct their first consultation and place their first medicine order.
Track inactive doctors and proactively re-engage them.
Revenue & Medicine Ordering
Drive medicine orders from active doctors.
Educate doctors about Vaidyiq's medicine catalogue, availability, margins and ordering process.
Encourage doctors to prescribe/order medicines through Vaidyiq.
Identify opportunities to increase order frequency and average order value.
Consultation
Growth
Encourage doctors to conduct consultations through Vaidyiq.
Help doctors optimise their digital profiles.
Track consultation activity and follow up with doctors who are not receiving or conducting consultations.
Communicate relevant campaigns, patient leads and platform initiatives.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate doctor information and interaction history in the CRM.
Record every key call, follow-up, commitment and issue.
Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure no doctor is missed.
Maintain proper pipeline/status of assigned doctors.
Retention & Re-engagement
Identify doctors whose activity has declined.
Run structured reactivation campaigns.
Understand reasons for inactivity and resolve issues wherever possible.
Build long-term doctor engagement with Vaidyiq.
Feedback & Escalations
Collect feedback regarding the Vaidyiq platform, products, consultations and operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve doctor issues.
Escalate recurring product/technology/operational issues to the appropriate team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
