Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline portfolio, program, and project management processes, enabling the organization to achieve strategic goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
Design and implement workflows, automation, and dashboards to support SPM processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.
Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor portfolio performance.




Ensure data integrity within the SPM suite by establishing and enforcing best practices.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting as required.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow SPM functionalities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)/Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Robust understanding of SPM modules like Demand Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
