Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and modify 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Prepare GA Drawings, component drawings, and manufacturing drawings.
Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for valve assemblies.
Design and develop valve components based on customer and manufacturing requirements.
Working knowledge of ANSYS 16.5 & 16.34 standards/specifications.
Valuable understanding of valve materials, components, and construction.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Sales teams for design-related requirements.
Review drawings for dimensional accuracy, manufacturability, and applicable standards.
Support design modifications and resolve technical issues during manufacturing.
