Role & responsibilities
Responsible for shop supervision and refurbishment jobs
Contract Labour management and manpower handling
Preparation of execution plan of shop based on MOP and AOP
Coordination with customer and internal functions for smooth execution of shop
Communication with customer for work progress
Attend internal and customer meetings
Submission of daily and monthly progress report
Technical support to shop team and customer
Planning of resources for shop execution
Maintain document required for customer and IMS
Productivity improvement initiatives
Effective resources utilization
Safety & Workplace related responsibilities
Refurbishment documentation as per SOP
Preferred candidate profile:
Experience of Industrial Pump Refurbishment / Maintenance / Servicing will prepared.
Willing to relocate at our Plant Kirloskarvadi, Dist. - Sangli, MH.
