Qualifications
Robust focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience, with the ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
Customer service skills, including active listening, qualified communication, and prompt issue resolution.
Sales skills relevant to showroom environments, such as consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing deals.
Experience working in or managing showrooms, with knowledge of merchandising, display management, and maintaining a premium customer-facing space.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.
Prior experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, or related industries is highly desirable.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, including weekends or extended hours as required, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Diploma or degree in business, retail management, interior design, or a related field preferred.
