Manage daily spare parts department operations and inventory.
Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely availability of spare parts.
Place orders and follow up with Mahindra for pending parts.
Coordinate with the Service Manager, service advisors and technicians.
Issue spare parts against job cards and maintain proper records.
Monitor quick-moving, slow-moving and non-moving stock.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Achieve spare parts sales targets and control inventory costs.
Maintain accurate purchase, sales, issue and return records in DMS/ERP.
Prepare daily and monthly stock and sales reports.
Supervise store staff and ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Mahindra dealership procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
