Job Title: Store Manager

Role Summary:

Looking for Store Manager candidates to handle complete store operations, drive sales, manage teams, supervise floor activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain stock and process compliance

Eligibility Criteria:
Current designation should be Store Manager with 2 - 4 years of experience Or current designation should be Team Lead / Floor Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager with 4 - 6 years of experience in retail store operations.
Age should be upto 35 years.
Should have valuable team handling and sales management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end daily store operations.indeed+1
Achieve store sales targets and improve store performance.
Handle team supervision, shift planning, and staff allocation.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Monitor stock, replenishment, inventory, and shrinkage control.
Maintain VM, store hygiene, billing discipline, and SOP compliance.hiring.




Train and guide team members for better productivity and customer handling.
