Role & responsibilities
Design and develop battery busbars using Siemens NX CAD.
Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings of battery components.
Manage component release and documentation using Teamcenter (PLM).
Resolve DFM, DFA and DFS issues related to manufacturing, assembly and serviceability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical Packaging, Harness, BMS and R&D.;
Ensure proper battery cell connections, component fitment and clearances.
Apply sheet metal design, welding and manufacturing process knowledge.
