Actively monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly and professionally, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and voice.
Track and analyze competitor social media activity to identify best practices and potential growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all visual and written assets are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for each platform.
Maintain and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting of campaigns and daily content.
Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers and brand advocates for collaborations and partnership opportunities.
Support the Social Media Manager in developing and executing effective social media strategies to achieve defined marketing and engagement goals.





Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Interest or experience in short-form video content creation (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid command of grammar, copywriting, and storytelling.
