Livstudio Interiors is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to independently handle premium residential interior projects from client briefing to design handover.
The SID will be the primary design and client-facing person for the project and will coordinate with Livstudio's 2D and 3D design teams for drawings and visualisations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand client requirements and develop the overall design concept.
Handle client meetings, presentations, feedback and design approvals.
Develop space planning, material selections, colour schemes and design concepts.
Brief and coordinate with 2D and 3D designers for drawings and renders.
Review and ensure accuracy and quality of all 2D drawings and 3D visualisations.
Coordinate design revisions and ensure timely project deliverables.
Coordinate with the execution/site team during design implementation.
Ensure the final design is aesthetically strong, practical and within the client's budget.
Manage multiple projects and maintain design timelines.
Ensure smooth design handover to the execution team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience in residential interior design.
Solid design sense with good knowledge of materials, furniture and finishes.
Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of 2D drawings, 3D visualisations and interior execution.
Ability to lead and coordinate a team of designers.
Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
