Key Responsibilities:
Support development of Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) and pressure sensors (TBAP and TMAP).
Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate sensor solutions.
Define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements with minimal supervision.
Lead sensor development and modification projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective project management.
Manage project milestones, risk assessment, mitigation plans, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to drive project execution.
Conduct technical reviews and provide support to internal and external customers.
Investigate design and process-related issues using 7-Step/8D problem-solving methodologies.
Interpret system drawings, electronic schematics, and validation requirements.
Analyze, review and prepare sensor design related technical documentation, including DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, validation reports and analysis reports.




Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership teams.

Skills and Experience Requirements:
Qualification - B.E. / B-Tech Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent engineering discipline.
Experience Range – 3 to 6 Years
Experience with Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT), TBAP, TMAP, or similar automotive/industrial sensors.
Solid understanding of electronics, sensor technologies, and product development processes.
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power meters, and DC power supplies.
Ability to interpret electronic schematics, system drawings, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, validation testing, and failure analysis processes.
Solid project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience in root cause analysis using 7-Step and/or 8D methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
