Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory) We are seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Systems Administrator with 5 to 8 of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, email, and system security.
Monitor system performance, backups, antivirus, and data security.
Troubleshoot technical, network, connectivity, and system-related issues.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, system documentation, and inventory.
Perform system updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Required Experience
Tooling & Infrastructure:



Proficient with foundational contemporary tools—Bit Bucket for version control, Docker for containerisation, automated CI/CD pipelines, and hosting architectures within AWS/Cloud ecosystems.
Hands On Experience in managing and addressing end user issues with
o MSP Products
o Atlassian / Confluence/Jira Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
Systems Core Knowledge: Good understanding of network security protocols, caching strategies, and performance optimisation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
