Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leadership to design workforce planning, organizational development, and retention strategies
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, branch, and operational/factory roles, ensuring low time-to-fill and high hiring quality
Adherence to regional and national labour laws, statutory regulations (such as PF, ESI, Gratuity), and workplace policies
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary matters, union negotiations, and employee engagement initiatives
Manage performance appraisal systems, career development, and competitive compensation and advantages structures.
Oversee payroll coordination, HR MIS reporting, and metric tracking.
