Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Project Manager with a solid Automation Testing background to lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation, team management, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and defining QA strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Automation QA teams.
Define and implement the overall QA and Test Automation strategy.
Plan, track, and manage test activities, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Drive automation initiatives using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Monitor automation coverage, execution results, defect metrics, and overall quality KPIs.
Ensure automation frameworks follow coding standards, best practices, and maintainability guidelines.
Coordinate with SMEs and other stakeholders.
Manage test planning, estimation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers,



and provide mitigation plans.
Review automation code, test strategy, and framework improvements.
Support resource planning, team mentoring, performance management, and skill development.
Provide regular project status updates and quality reports to management and clients.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
3+ years of experience in QA/Test Management or Project Management.
Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Robust knowledge of test management, defect tracking, and reporting tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Experience in effort estimation, project planning, resource management, and stakeholder management.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
