Natural Elements offers a comprehensive range of flooring and wood-based solutions — solid wood floors, engineered wood, outdoor decking, ceiling and wall panelling, elevation and outdoor cladding, and staircase treads — designed and sourced to meet international quality standards and the practical demands of both residential and commercial projects
Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for projects.
Coordinate with sales, design and installation teams for project execution.
Supervise installation of decking, cladding, pergolas, and wood structures.
Prepare site measurement reports
Ensure work is completed according to design, quality standards and timelines.
Handle client communication and site-related queries.
Monitor site safety and maintain proper documentation.




Coordinate with contractors and installers for smooth project completion.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2– 3 years of experience in site engineering / project execution.
Solid knowledge of site measurements and drawings.
Experience in interior, cladding or construction projects preferred.
Ability to handle multiple project sites.

Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits.
Willingness to travel within the city for project sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
