A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as: Electronics or Electrical Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science Engineering or Technology
Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered if they have strong, demonstrable professional experience in technical STEM education, including Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or hands-on STEM facilitation.
AMMACHI Labs seeks a technically competent, enthusiastic STEM Educator to deliver hands-on STEM programmes for K–12 students.
Technical and Professional Competencies Practical knowledge of Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or Design Thinking.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot STEM kits, hardware, and software.
Enthusiasm for experiential learning and teaching diverse grade levels.
Strong classroom management, communication, student engagement, and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain records and collaborate with school and programme teams.
Initiative, adaptability, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in STEM teaching, technical training,



or working with children is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on sessions aligned with the 2nd Foundation curriculum.
Prepare and maintain STEM labs, kits, materials, and software.
Guide student experiments, coding, prototyping, and problem-solving.
Monitor student progress and mentor projects, exhibitions, and competitions.
Coordinate with school staff and programme teams.
Maintain session records, feedback, activity evidence, and inventory.
Participate in training, reviews, assessments, and career development.

Work Requirements
Conduct classroom sessions and manage STEM kits and hardware.
Work on-site in Kolkata and travel within India as required.
Work independently while coordinating with the central programme team.
