We are seeking a energetic and experienced Team Lead to join our team in the Jewellery Sales department. As the Team Lead-Everdays, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance in the Everdays category. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Officer (RSO), you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets in the Everdays category
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the RSO
Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous experience in jewellery sales or a related field
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
